STORE MANAGER

FRESH MEAT CHARGEHAND – FULL TIME

The main duties of the role include:
• To manage staff in the department and their performance
• To achieve sales targets set out by Store Manager
• To ensure weekly stock-taking is completed accurately
• To ensure ordering of stock is carried out correctly so as to maximise turnover
• To record all waste and ensure wastage targets are met
• To ensure that the presentation of the department is to the highest standard at all times

The successful candidate must:
• Have a friendly personality and be able to relate well to customers
• Be a qualified butcher
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be committed to the role and the Company
