CHECKOUT MANAGER

The successful candidate will ensure the checkout area operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to ensure proper liaison between staff and management.  Excellent customer service skills are of high priority for this role as you will be required to deal with customers on a daily basis.  The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing up and the control of staff rosters.  Ability to manage staff is one of the main requisites for this role. 
Suitable candidates will have at least 12 months experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and experience of supervising a team of staff.

Previous bakery experience would be an advantage.  This position requires someone with an interest in the Bakery products and a willingness to use their initiative to drive sales as they will be responsible for running the department.   The successful candidate will have a friendly personality and the ability to relate well to customers.
